What Is Carrion Beach?
Carrion Beach, or Playa de Carrión in Spanish, is an urban beach located on the coastline of the Mar Menor in the region of Murcia, Spain. Like most urban beaches, Carrion Beach has all the necessary services to provide a complete experience on the shore of this magnificent and calm sea.

From the airport, you should take the A-30 Spanish Autovia and then take the RM-F14 until Torre-Pacheco and the RM-F30 until Los Alcázares. You can also take a bus from Murcia to Los Alcázares, which costs $4-6 and lasts 1 hour.

Puerto Deportivo Mar Menor
This nautic port is at the south end of Carrion Beach. It consists of two L-shaped dams with an 18-meter-wide mouth, three pontoons, and several docks.
This facility has 282 moorings, each with a maximum length of 12 meters and a draft of 1.90 meters at the mouth and 1.4 meters at the dock.
This nautic club has a sailing school that offers courses for adults and children, conducts training for professionals and lifeguards who are attempting to respond to emergencies, and provides all the resources to students. The courses start all Mondays during summer from 10 a.m. to 01:30 p.m.
The club also boasts regatta teams that continuously train in the Mar Menor and participate in different competitions during the summer Here, specialists also teach windsurfing, J80, and cruiser.
The club conducts competitions throughout the year, such as the famous Carabela de la Plata, which involves eight phases and a unique winner.
